Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your purchase of a product or service from a business listed on Prizible (the "Seller") and your accompanying entry into the related promotional draw operated by Prizible Pty Ltd ("Prizible", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. About Prizible promotions

Each campaign on Prizible is a prize draw conducted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the relevant State or Territory. The promotion is incidental to a genuine sale of goods or services by the Seller. Every purchase includes a real product or service of stated value, which is yours to keep regardless of the draw outcome — no purchase is required solely to enter and no additional payment is required to claim a prize.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of Australia (excluding South Australia) aged 18 years or over at the time of purchase.
• Employees, contractors and immediate family of Prizible and the Seller for a given campaign are not eligible to win that campaign.
• You must provide accurate name, email, postal address and phone details. Entries with incomplete or false information may be disqualified without refund.

3. Entries and the entry cap

• Each campaign has a fixed maximum number of entries (the "Cap"), shown on the campaign page before purchase.
• One paid purchase = one entry, unless the campaign page expressly states otherwise.
• Once the Cap is reached, no further entries will be sold for that campaign.

4. Draw conduct

• The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the Cap is reached, using a verifiable random selection method operated by Prizible.
• If the Cap is not reached by the campaign deadline, no draw will take place. The Seller will still deliver the purchased product or service unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are not automatically issued; refund eligibility is set out in the Refund Policy.
• The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw and announced on the campaign page (first name and entry number only).

5. Prize

• The prize, its value and any conditions are described on the campaign page.
• Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• The winner is responsible for any tax consequences of accepting the prize.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three (3) months of the draw, an unclaimed-prize draw will be conducted in accordance with applicable State or Territory permits.

6. The product or service you purchase

The Seller — not Prizible — supplies the product or service you purchase. The Seller is responsible for delivery, fitness for purpose, warranty and after-sales support. Your purchase is also covered by the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prizible is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Disqualification

We may disqualify any entry that we reasonably believe involves fraud, automated entry, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms. Disqualified entries forfeit any right to a prize.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
