Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to every purchase made through Prizible. Read it together with our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change-of-mind

Because each purchase issues an entry into a capped draw, change-of-mind refunds are not generally available once an entry has been issued. If you contact us within 2 hours of purchase and the campaign has not yet sold out, we will use reasonable efforts to cancel your entry and refund you.

2. Faulty, damaged or not-as-described product

The product or service is supplied by the Seller. If it is faulty, damaged or materially different from what was described on the campaign page, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (repair, replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the failure).

  • Contact the Seller first using the details on your order confirmation email. They must respond within a reasonable time.
  • If the Seller does not resolve the issue, contact Prizible at /contact and we will assist.
  • Where a refund is provided for a faulty product, your entry into the draw is not cancelled — you remain in the draw.

3. Duplicate or unauthorised charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or by an unauthorised user, contact us within 30 days at /contact. We will investigate and refund any charge made without your authorisation.

4. After the draw

Once a draw has been conducted, refunds are no longer available except in the circumstances set out in sections 2 and 3 above, or as otherwise required by law.

5. Prizible platform fee is non-refundable

Every purchase includes a Prizible platform fee (currently 6.5% of the purchase price) which covers payment processing, draw administration and compliance. This platform fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including where a refund of the product price is issued by the Seller under sections 1, 2 or 3 above. Where a refund is approved, only the Seller's portion of the purchase price is returned to you. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law against the Seller for the product itself.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
